Gestión de riesgo en la escuela de capacitación para conductores profesionales “Conduce Ecuador”

Abstract

The research work Risk Management in the Training School for Professional Drivers "Conduce Ecuador", has been developed based on one of the studies developed by ITB, about the satisfaction of students, about the services offered by the School of Training for Professional Drivers "Conduce Ecuador", in charge of professional training for licenses type CD and E, specifically the service provided by the management department of the Driving School, the result was dissatisfaction on the part of the students who usually need of its services, in the course of the course, for this reason and in order to solve the problematic situation, it is proposed in the present investigation, to apply Risk Management to the processes of the Driving School, for which it will be carried out an analysis and an evaluation of the risks identified, and then give a treatment to each of them to achieve my tigar them. Achieving continuous improvement in the services of the Driving School "Conduce Ecuador".
