| Resumen : | El determinante de la perfilación criminológica es muy claro ya que esta nos ayuda a identificar de manera probabilista y logística el perfil de un posible o en algunos casos a confirmar el homicida, uno de los principales objetivos de este trabajo es poder otorgar nuestras herramientas y lograr introducir un protocolo eficiente que ayude con la determinación y la resolución de un caso en específico en el cual se puedan abordar los conocimientos impartidos de disciplinas como derecho, social, medicina legal y criminalística. Con la exclusiva finalidad de pretender servir al sistema de justicia. Las directrices y características de cada escena del crimen deben dar indicios para determinar si se trata de un legítimo femicidio o a su vez descartarlo, por lo cual debe plantearse una hipótesis contundente que ayude a determinar la credibilidad de la teoría planteada y lograr la aproximación y eficacia de la aclaración del caso. En este trabajo se pondrá como ejemplar un caso de femicidio el cual no se ayude a guiar la práctica y el actuar que deberá tener el perfilador para su posterior realización del caso en cuestión Finalmente se llegará a la aclaración definitiva del caso y posterior interpretación de su resolución poniendo en cuestión los protocolos junto con su efectividad aparte de poner en contexto términos clave que se lograr entender al momento de su aplicación operacional. |
