| Resumen : | El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo general analizar La Tutela Judicial Efectiva en la legislación ecuatoriana vigente, su aplicación como garantía procesal efectiva de los derechos humanos que regula los derechos de todos los ecuatorianos, la tutela judicial efectiva así como la responsabilidad que tiene el Estado ante las violaciones que se cometan contra este derecho de las personas, entre otros que ha establecido en el artículo 11 del texto fundamental. |
