| dc.description.abstract | El presente sondeo tiene como objetivo principal analizar sobre el procedimiento directo en materia penal, su antecedente histórico, su naturaleza jurídica, sus doctrinas nacionales e internacionales referente del tema, como procede, etc. Este análisis recoge información bibliográfica sobre la aplicación de este procedimiento en ciertos casos, y con ello desarrolla si se está empleando de manera adecuada o existe errores, por tal manera si se da eso sería recomendable su mejoramiento para que sea eficaz y transparente al momento de aplicarlo sin violar ninguna norma y sea de gran ayuda para los sujetos procesales. | es_ES |
