| dc.description | Abstract: The present investigation includes to determine the viability of the creation of a company dedicated to the production and commercialization of frozen meat based on shrimp, that is located in the Rumiñahui Canton, for which, it begins with the description of the problematic situation, theoretical foundation and research methodology to be employed. In order to diagnose the scenario in which the company develops, an analysis of the macro and microenvironment is carried out, in order to know the environmental factors that may influence the creation of the same, through the PEST study and the five Porter Forces. | dc.description.abstract | El presente documento o trabajo de titulación presenta una propuesta de valor con la creación de una empresa dedica a la producción y comercialización de carne congelada en base a camarón, que se encuentra ubicado en el Cantón Rumiñahui. Arrancando con el análisis de situación actual del entorno externo y competitivo del proyecto a fin de conocer la posición frente a factores políticos, económicos, sociales y tecnológicos y también a la industria a la que pertenece. Posteriormente, se efectúa el estudio de mercado determinar la oferta y demanda del producto en las Parroquias cercanos al Cantón Rumiñahui Se elabora el estudio técnico administrativo para determinar la ingeniería del negocio y establecer una adecuada estructura administrativa y legal a fin de emprender con la propuesta. Finalmente, se elabora el estudio financiero con la finalidad de conocer la viabilidad económica y financiera del proyecto. | es_ES |
