Sarango Aguirre, HermesBermejo Sabando, Maritza Elizabeth2026-03-312026-03-312024https://repositorio.umet.edu.ec/handle/67000/888La cooperación eficaz nace durante el siglo XX y XXI, en la edad clásica, que busca bajar la pena del procesado a cambio de la información veraz de hechos ilícitos y procesar a los demás involucrados y realizar la investigación y la aplicación de este beneficio conforme al Código Orgánico Integral Penal que se publicó en el 2014, que tendrá las disposiciones preventivas y resguardo e incorpora un método especial la “Colaboración efectiva” se lleva a cabo un convenio entre el Fiscal y el colaborador para poder detener la criminalidad organizada y una de las ventajas de la colaboración efectiva es que simplifica el trabajo de la fiscalía en su indagación y por otra parte el informante recibe disminución de pena y se facilita la averiguación de estos delitos con la participación se comprende el estudio de la colaboración efectiva del proceso en el Derecho Penal ecuatoriano con el desarrollo y avance de nuevas técnicas de investigación que resulta imprescindible adaptar al sistema penal, para buscar los elementos de convicción en ciertos delitos y obtener resultados positivos en la indagación.Effective cooperation arises during the 20th and 21st centuries, in classical age, which seeks to reduce the penalty of the processed in exchange for truthful information on illicit acts and to process the other involved parties and carry out the investigation and application of this benefit in accordance with the Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code that was published in 2014, which will have precautionary measures and protection and incorporates a special technique called "Effective Cooperation."
