    This research work is carried out at the facilities of the Origin tourism yacht, which operates in the Galapagos Islands, Ecuador. During the investigation, the compilation of information and audits were carried out, which allowed obtaining data from the operational register of the vessel's machinery department. This research arises from the need to implement sustainable measures for the navigable operation of tourism companies and in turn, achieve a cost-benefit relationship that allows their subsequent implementation. The research reveals the feasibility rates required to achieve the implementation of an energy efficiency plan for a passenger yacht in the Galapagos Islands. The energy efficiency plan developed in this work is based on an operational and technical approach to the activities carried out from the yacht's machinery department.

    The present work is carried out in the city of Guayaquil, where the research was carried out with a market study. This research arises with the need to know the feasibility of importing Qingdao brand tires, regarding the costs and quality of tires sold in the city. Through this research, potential competitors will be detected and that a new line of tires will enter the market viability and commercial impact. This research in turn allows us to have information about potential customers and demand, in addition to being able to know the preference for some type of brand in particular and its willingness to be able to acquire a brand other than those marketed in the market. In addition, a study is carried out on the business plan to import these tires from China taking into account the supply and demand of the market.
