    The titling work presented below refers to the presentation of a Substantive Process Design Proposal for the CND Civil and Commercial Society Company located in the Machachi Canton in the Pichincha Province. In the first instance, the central problem is defined, which is that the processes are not standardized and not socialized, on this basis a diagnosis of the current situation of the company's processes is developed, from this analysis in which a list of verification, it is determined that there are a number of negative responses between 2 and 7 responses, which indicates that the DISLOG company does not have a process management model or manuals that allow us to say that there are documented processes and being applied in the company; The implementation and subsequent improvement of processes will result in improvements in the productivity and sustainability of the companies over time. After the diagnosis, the design of a process management model is proposed that has essential elements such as a process map, characterization matrices of each of the defined processes, the process inventory and the respective process manuals. It is necessary to specify that for the present work the value-adding or substantive processes are raised at the manual level, but the governing and enabling processes are defined at the map and process inventory level.
