    The Company “Construcciones ProyectRedes Cía Ltda.” is a private company located in the city of Lago Agrio, Sucumbíos Province, which provides its services for the construction and installation of works in the oil industry, a sector in which there is great competitiveness and inescapably demand the implementation of quality business management to achieve organizational success. This research work proposes as its main objective the development of a job classification manual, by means of the diagnosis of the current situation that the Company presents and that will make it possible to articulate and effectively integrate the functions and responsibilities that the employees covered by the governing processes, substantives and adjectives, to achieve potentiate the management of human talent. In the first chapter of this case study, the situational analysis of the job classification of the Company “Construcciones ProyectRedes Cía. Ltda”, for which it is necessary to identify and review the technical instruments and organizational documentation that this company has, if any, and the need to have a Job Classification Manual. The second chapter develops the construction of the Job Classification Manual, which contains the description of the job profiles with the mission, functions, formal training requirements and job skills, which allows improving the performance of the activities carried out by employees of the Company “Construcciones Project Redes Cía. Ltda.”
