Resumen
“El abuso sexual de los niños, niñas y Adolescentes en zonas rurales. La protección de sus derechos, en el cantón Guayaquil”, tiene como objetivo observar la notabilidad jurídica y la importancia de conocimientos educativos al igual que la ejecución y nuevos componentes jurídicos que logren eliminar el abuso sexual y tomar en cuenta la importancia de construir una niñez sin abuso sexual. En esta investigación se usará una metodología mixta entre cualitativa y cuantitativa, los resultados de la investigación de campo serán sometidos a análisis numéricos. También se recopilarán datos de 2 años antiguos y los 2 últimos años actuales, para realizar comparaciones donde se verán reflejado en ellos el porcentaje si aumenta o disminuye la violencia en los menores conforme transcurren. Investigación Documental-Bibliográfica, toda investigación acudirá a fuentes de investigación primaria a través de documentos válidos y confiables, así como también a información secundaria obtenida en libros, revistas, publicaciones, internet y otras. La interpretación y explicación de la norma; se explica el contenido, se expone el sentido y se determina el alcance de la letra de la Ley y las expresiones que la originaron en la forma como el legislador la elaboró, tratando de desentrañar la intención y voluntad del autor, su autenticidad e intencionalidad, para su aplicación por parte del juez o la administración de las entidades y el Estado
Abstract
“The sexual abuse of boys, girls and adolescents in rural areas. The protection of their rights, in the Guayaquil canton”, aims to observe the legal notability and the importance of educational knowledge as well as the execution and new legal components that manage to eliminate sexual abuse and take into account the importance of building a childhood without sexual abuse. In this research, a mixed qualitative and quantitative methodology will be used; the results of the field research will be subjected to numerical analysis. Data from 2 previous years and the last 2 current years will also be collected, to make comparisons where the percentage will be reflected if violence in minors increases or decreases as they pass. Documentary-Bibliographic Research, all research will go to primary research sources through valid and reliable documents, as well as secondary information obtained in books, magazines, publications, the Internet and others. The interpretation and explanation of the norm; The content is explained, the meaning is explained and the scope of the letter of the Law and the expressions that originated it in the way the legislator drafted it are determined, trying to unravel the intention and will of the author, its authenticity and intentionality, for application by the judge or the administration of the entities and the State.
