dc.description.abstractDentro del ámbito económico hemos podido ver una evolución que ha llevado a la utilización de distintos mecanismos tecnológicos que permitan el poder realizar transacciones económicas de manera ágil y rápida como son las criptomonedas dentro de las cuales se basan en la utilización de la tecnología blockchain que implica utilizar criptografía para de esta forma garantizar transacciones que sean seguras y que permitan determinar que los fondos provienen de un origen licito. Debemos entender que el siglo XXI ha traído una evolución histórica que ha determinado a la tecnología como parte de las cuarta revolución industrial esto quiere decir que se han instaurado cambios significativos que llevan a que el dinero no sea movido de la misma forma como se lo hacía antes, sino que existan mecanismos que ofrezcan mayor rapidez en las transacciones simplificando el proceso de obtención, que si bien esto constituye un gran avance también evidencia la necesidad de que en el Ecuador exista un marco regulatorio que delimite la forma en cómo se deben utilizar, cuáles son los mecanismos de protección que tiene el usuario, que se delimite que tipo de mecanismos se integraran para la prevención de delitos y la integración económica que debe ser regulada por el Banco Central, lo que mediante el presente trabajo investigativo busca evidenciar la necesidad de implementar un marco regulatorio que delimite la innovación y el desarrollo de tecnologías financieras emergentes como son las criptomonedas, pero que dentro de la misma exista una protección hacia el usuario y el Estado pueda tener un control tributario como el control contra todo tipo de acto que fomente el lavado de activos.es
dc.description.abstractWithin the economic sphere, we have seen an evolution that has led to the use of different technological mechanisms that allow economic transactions to be carried out quickly and easily, such as cryptocurrencies, which are based on the use of blockchain technology, which involves using cryptography to guarantee transactions that are secure and that allow determining that the funds come from a legitimate source. We must understand that the 21st century has brought a historical evolution that has determined technology as part of the fourth industrial revolution, this means that significant changes have been established that lead to money not being moved in the same way as it was before, but that there are mechanisms that offer greater speed in transactions, simplifying the process of obtaining, that although this constitutes a great advance, it also shows the need for a regulatory framework in Ecuador that delimits the way in which they should be used, what are the protection mechanisms that the user has, that delimits what type of mechanisms will be integrated for the prevention of crimes and economic integration that must be regulated by the Central Bank, which through this investigative work seeks to demonstrate the need to implement a regulatory framework that delimits the innovation and development of emerging financial technologies such as cryptocurrencies, but that within it there is protection for the user and the State can have tax control such as control against all types of acts that promote money laundering. of assets.en_US
