dc.descriptionAbstract: The article focuses on the debate and reflection on the relationship between morality and law fifty years after the publication of the Encyclical Letter Humanae Vitae. The results are associated with the coincidence of concepts such as objectivity, truth and justice that will be used again and again by the truly classic natural law, and on the other hand they will be subjected to examination and criticism by the most recalcitrant iuspositivism. A descriptive study is used, using theoretical methods such as the logical historical.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl artículo se centra en el debate y reflexión, sobre las relaciones entre moral y derecho a cincuenta años de la publicación de la Carta Encíclica Humanae Vitae. Los resultados se asocian a la coincidencia de conceptos como objetividad, verdad y justicia que serán utilizados una y otra vez por el iusnaturalismo verdaderamente clásico, y por otra parte serán sometidos a examen y crítica por el iuspositivismo más recalcitrante. Se utiliza un estudio descriptivo, empleando métodos teóricos como el histórico lógico.es_ES
