dc.description.abstractEn la actualidad se ha podido delimitar que durante los últimos años ha existido cambios importantes en lo referente a la tecnología y su aporte en el ámbito jurídico, pero es ahí en donde nace una interrogante de cómo podría ser regulados los actos, creaciones o aportes que realice la Inteligencia Artificial en el ámbito de la propiedad intelectual en lo referente a los derechos de autor o derechos de patente, esto lleva a que exista una problemática de la forma en cómo deben ser regulados y delimitados los derechos sobre creaciones en distintos ámbitos como es la música, literatura, software, arte. Es fundamental determinar que debido al cambio que ha tenido la sociedad en los últimos años, esto lleva a que exista una evolución en el derecho y la protección frente a los derechos de autor y de patentes sobre creaciones, lo que lleva a que exista una innovación jurídica frente a un marco normativo que elimine lagunas normativas y permiten que se conozca de forma clara cuales son los mecanismos legales frente a las atribuciones de derechos de autor y patentes en creaciones de Inteligencia artificial. Por lo cual la importancia del desarrollo del presente trabajo de investigación se basa en poder realizar un análisis exhaustivo de la legislación actual del Código Ingenios, cuáles son los desafíos legales y la importancia de proponer una reforma especifica en la legislación de propiedad intelectual y a su vez se propongan métodos efectivos de registro y documentación para obras generadas por IA, garantizando la transparencia y los derechos debidamente acreditados en el Ecuador.es

Therefore, the importance of the development of this research work is based on being able to carry out an exhaustive analysis of the current legislation of the Ingenios Code, what the legal challenges are and the importance of proposing a specific reform in intellectual property legislation and at the same time Effective registration and documentation methods are proposed for works generated by AI, guaranteeing transparency and duly accredited rights in Ecuador.en_US
