Resumen
The problem that arises in access to justice caused by the Covid-19 pandemic seeks a change in entry to legislative bodies without attending in person. The active use of digital tools has been evidenced in recent years, in this way the use of technological means is proposed to solve conflicts in criminal matters, this new way of proceeding with justice would facilitate the consummation of rights, with it the investment time, that is, by choosing to establish new online tools in the Ecuadorian administration of justice, citizens' rights and their fulfillment are made. Digital justice involves a series of actions using digital media as an instrument for its application, as well as the execution of current legal regulations, access to justice as such is an extensive procedure that goes from trying to file a complaint until compliance is achieved. execution of a sentence. In criminal matters, it is an intensive work to gather evidence, witnesses, statements, verify actions, among others, that make the action later. Digital justice as a means of conflict resolution, proposes to provide effective solutions, it has been verified in international experiences a significant saving in the expenses of hearings and trials. The implementation of digital criminal justice in Ecuador would be a significant advance in the judicial sphere, determining if its projection in the Ecuadorian Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code is feasible.
