dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación trata el tema de la migración, no solo de los migrantes que se establecen en Ecuador sino de aquellos ecuatorianos que salen del país en busca de una vida mejor. Este es un fenómeno social y jurídico que es internacional y ha causado muchas controversias porque hay quienes apoyan al migrante, pero hay quienes los rechazan de modo absoluto sin tener en cuenta que este es un derecho humano y además las personas migrantes como cualquier otra persona son portadores de derechos. De manera que entre los objetivos de esta investigación no solo estuvo indagar acerca de las normas protectoras del migrante sino analizar sobre las formas en que se pueden proteger a los migrantes y elaborar una propuesta a partir de la confirmación de que estos necesitan apoyo, atención e información para incorporarlos a la sociedad y que contribuyan al progreso económico, social y cultural. La creación de una oficina de apoyo y protección al migrante en aquellas localidades o territorios donde se necesite, resulta un aporte práctico y social para que el fenómeno migratorio sea atendido adecuadamente y con sentido humano en el Ecuador.es
dc.description.abstractThis research addresses the issue of migration, not only of migrants who settle in Ecuador but also of those Ecuadorians who leave the country in search of a better life. This is a social and legal phenomenon that is international and has caused many controversies because there are those who support the migrant, but there are those who reject them absolutely without taking into account that this is a human right and also migrants like any other person are bearers of rights. So, among the objectives of this research was not only to investigate the protective norms of the migrant but also to analyze the ways in which migrants can be protected and develop a proposal based on the confirmation that they need support, attention and information to incorporate them into society and contribute to economic, social and cultural progress. The creation of an office to support and protect migrants in those localities or territories where it is needed is a practical and social contribution so that the migratory phenomenon is addressed adequately and with a humane sense in Ecuador.en_US
