Resumen
El constitucionalismo ecuatoriano ha sido siempre un mecanismo indispensable para un pleno goce, tanto de los derechos de la naturaleza y las personas, pero dentro de nuestro tema nos adentraremos a la influencia que tienen la constitución ecuatoriana con la naturaleza, reconociéndola como un sujeto de derechos, así mismo se identificaran algunas falencias que puedan existir dentro de nuestra carta magna con relación hacia la madre tierra dentro del territorio nacional y también con la comparativa de constituciones de países latinoamericanos que han hecho que la naturaleza obtenga derechos los cuales son tomados en cuenta hoy en día y como no, también la comparativa de constituciones ecuatorianas anteriores, así mismo se buscaran soluciones factibles para la aplicación correcta de la normativa para que de esa manera, las personas y todo el entorno que nos rodea pueda alcanzar la filosofía de la madre tierra y del buen vivir y así que todos puedan satisfacer sus necesidades incluyendo a las generaciones futuras que logren habitar el entorno que nos ofrece la naturaleza.

Abstract: Ecuadorian constitutionalism has always been an indispensable mechanism for full enjoyment, both of the Rights of Nature and of people, but within our topic we will delve into the influence that the Ecuadorian Constitution has on nature, recognizing it as a subject of rights. Likewise, some shortcomings that may exist within our Magna Carta in relation to the mother within the national territory will be identified and also with the comparison of constitutions of Latin American countries that have made nature obtain rights which are taken into account today in day and of course, also the comparison of previous Ecuadorian constitutions, likewise, feasible solutions will be sought for the correct application of the regulations so that in that way, people and the entire environment that surrounds us can reach the philosophy of mother earth and good living and so everyone can meet their needs including the future generations that manage to inhabit the environment that nature offers us.
