Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo general analizar La Tutela Judicial Efectiva en la legislación ecuatoriana vigente, su aplicación como garantía procesal efectiva de los derechos humanos que regula los derechos de todos los ecuatorianos, la tutela judicial efectiva así como la responsabilidad que tiene el Estado ante las violaciones que se cometan contra este derecho de las personas, entre otros que ha establecido en el artículo 11 del texto fundamental.

Abstract: The general objective of this work is to analyze the effective judicial guardianship in the Ecuadorian legislation in force, its application as effective procedural guarantee of the human rights that regulates the rights of all Ecuadorians, the judicial guardianship Effective as well as the responsibility of the State to the violations committed against this right of persons, among others that it has established in article 11 of the fundamental text.
