This research work is intended to propose a system of workshops on universal learning design aimed at teachers of the Center for Child Development "Pioneers". For this it was important to carry out the theoretical support about the DUA, diagnose the situation of the Center in relation to the subject of study and finally design the workshops to contribute to the training of teachers. The methodology used for obtaining the results was mixed type, documentary-bibliographic with the use of analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive theoretical methods. The instruments used were the survey and the interview. The main conclusion of the study highlights that Universal Learning Design is a pedagogical approach that promotes the effective integration of all students into learning teaching processes. In the context analyzed, teachers are not fully trained for the implementation of the DUA, which is why it is essential to implement the designer workshops in order to strengthen the teaching practice.
