(Cabrera Valdez, 2019) mentions in the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences, he points out that in Ecuador there are boys and girls who have difficulties to make their first strokes, they do not handle the movement of their hands, which causes low levels of understanding, which affects their Academic achievements. The study presented below is closely related to this need, since it was observed in three year-old children from the Child Development Center difficulties in carrying out activities related to the development of fine motor skills. Consequently, the objective of proposing recreational activities to stimulate fine motor skills in 3-year-old children of the Community Child Development Center "kuna de Colores", located in the parish of Cono. The design used was based on a descriptive, non-experimental research, whose design was field, since the phenomenon was observed as it was presented in the Children's Center "Kuna de Colores" describing the characteristics and generalities of the problem. The population consisted of 5 teachers, 20 parents and 12 3-year-old children. The techniques used were the interview, which was carried out with the teachers, the observation guide applied to the children and the survey conducted with the parents. Among the results obtained, it was possible to show that there are great weaknesses in fine motor skills, as well as few strengths on the part of teachers in the implementation of recreational activities that allow the development of fine motor skills in children.
