This research work refers to the importance of socio-affective development in children from 5 to 6 years old in virtual conditions, in the parish of Cotocollao, for this reason a family orientation program is proposed which is divided into workshops, for which it was chosen to carry out surveys and the observation in which it was obtained as a result that parents need a guide to support their children from 5 to 6 years old within virtual classes. This research has taken into account the aspects of accompaniment, the time that parents spend with their children, the use of materials necessary for virtual classes, the way to motivate children to continue their teaching-learning process. All this to strengthen socio-affective development, this proposal aims to guide parents in how they can support their children during their virtual classes. For this reason, it is believed that it is important to give these guidelines, so that parents can get ahead and have the knowledge of how to guide their children in this new mode of education, always taking care to have a good interaction between parents and children, motivating development of the socio-affective area.
