El Objetivo principal del estudio es elaborar un Plan Estratégico para Disfargut mediante la utilización de herramientas gerenciales que permiten mejorar sus procesos y optimizar su gestión, este estudio comienza con la identificación de la situación actual en la que se encuentra la farmacia, lo que permite formular y desarrollar herramientas de diagnóstico, evaluación y control, de acuerdo a las carencias especificas encontradas dentro del análisis situacional. El tipo de metodología que se empleó en el desarrollo de esta investigación es: Critico Propositivo, mismo que hace referencia a la crítica del funcionamiento actual de la farmacia que permite proponer soluciones que permitan plantear mejoras mediante la aplicación de estrategias administrativas. Disfagurt no dispone de un Plan Estratégico que defina la misión, visión, objetivos, políticas y estrategias; puesto que la farmacia ha realizado sus actividades sin una debida planificación, teniendo como resultado una inadecuada organización administrativa en las diversas áreas como son: operativa, administrativa y de talento humano, lo cual impide a la compañía crecer y posicionarse en el mercado competitivo. La aplicación del Plan Estratégico permitirá obtener un Diagnostico Situacional reflejado en el Capítulo I, seguido del desarrollo de la propuesta, las cuales son herramientas y estratégicas que se requieren para su aplicación en Disfargurt, finalizando con el Cuadro de Mando Integral que permite evaluar y controlar las estrategias para establecer un control de la aplicación del mismo.

Through the market study, the competition of the restaurant in the area, the customer's preferences, the acceptance of digital mechanisms such as the menu and the types of social networks most frequented by the consumer, the information that I highlight, is the Clients' predilection for establishments that have a parking lot and a WiFi network, where the strategies were focused.
- Trabajo de Grado(Quito, Universidad Metropolitana, 2020) Vera Pinsag, Miryan Lorena; Vargas Vallejo, Mario IvanIn the development of the business plan, the different fields of research were analyzed when creating a micro franchise company, to offer sports entertainment services, with the name of Technical University Quito School of Soccer, with sports activities, generating employment and entrepreneurial entrepreneurship, its methodology is qualitative-inductive, field and bibliographic, has two types of levels: descriptive, exploratory, a survey-questionnaire (focus groups) was used.The market segment is parents with children from 5 to 16 years of age, who enter the training, and of medium, medium-high and high socio-economic level. 33.5% of the population of Quito. The work team has a structure of three people. In the financing structure, it was observed that own resources represent 34% of the investment plan, while third-party resources represent 66%. A summary of the costs to be incurred by the company based on the projected service delivery capacity for each year was presented. Thus, a value of $ 37,421.49 is incurred in year 1; in year 2, it reflects a value of $ 37,927.69; in year 3, it represents a value of $ 38,444.02 while for year 4 it indicates a value of $ 38,970.67. In table 70, the net present value of this project is $ 28,473.48; which means that it is a viable project and will yield long-term profits since its NPV is greater than zero. Results, in the financial analysis, the project has a positive and attractive internal rate of return compared to the investments offered, providing feasibility and feasibility in undertaking the project.
