Resumen
In the development of the business plan, the different fields of research were analyzed when creating a micro franchise company, to offer sports entertainment services, with the name of Technical University Quito School of Soccer, with sports activities, generating employment and entrepreneurial entrepreneurship, its methodology is qualitative-inductive, field and bibliographic, has two types of levels: descriptive, exploratory, a survey-questionnaire (focus groups) was used.The market segment is parents with children from 5 to 16 years of age, who enter the training, and of medium, medium-high and high socio-economic level. 33.5% of the population of Quito. The work team has a structure of three people. In the financing structure, it was observed that own resources represent 34% of the investment plan, while third-party resources represent 66%. A summary of the costs to be incurred by the company based on the projected service delivery capacity for each year was presented. Thus, a value of $ 37,421.49 is incurred in year 1; in year 2, it reflects a value of $ 37,927.69; in year 3, it represents a value of $ 38,444.02 while for year 4 it indicates a value of $ 38,970.67. In table 70, the net present value of this project is $ 28,473.48; which means that it is a viable project and will yield long-term profits since its NPV is greater than zero. Results, in the financial analysis, the project has a positive and attractive internal rate of return compared to the investments offered, providing feasibility and feasibility in undertaking the project.
