This business plan develops methodologies that allow the creation of the company "Arte Afro", the same one dedicated to the production and marketing of Afro-Ecuadorian handicrafts made by Afro-Ecuadorian women. The plan begins with the identification of the problem using the problem tree tool, based on the problem identified, the context is described, both in the micro and macro environment, using the PEST analysis and Porter's 5 forces, from where it is obtained that the external factors are favorable for the creation of the company, in the same chapter the market study is carried out where the unsatisfied demand for annual handicrafts is obtained, which stands at 19,841 units by 2020, with a projection based on population growth (1.52%). The second chapter identifies the appropriate location for the company, in addition to the production process and the number of people, all Afro-Ecuadorian women that the company needs, in addition to an environmental analysis. Finally, a financial analysis is carried out where the initial investment is determined, in addition, income and costs are projected to carry out the cash flow and verify the viability of the project using economic indicators, a NPV of $ 44,274.53, an IRR, is obtained. Of 49.39% and a cost benefit of 2.38.
