    This research work makes references to the importance of individual learning differences, as well as the professional pedagogical competences that teachers must possess in order to properly and appropriately comply with the guidelines of initial educational policy. It focuses on the legal bases that correspond to Ecuador along with its laws that have been raised by foreign regulatory entities worldwide, with an emphasis on the rights of children in Initial Education. In this way, it should be emphasized that teaching work and work is essential for the integral development of children in their initial training process, taking into account the capacities of teachers that are essential to integrate children while respecting their rights. , providing opportunities according to their learning needs, that is, support throughout their entire development process. Thus, for the execution of the research, the induction - deduction, analysis and synthesis methods were used, the documentary review method was also used, that is, the search and classification of the information, analysis of the explicit and implicit concepts in the topic to be investigated and the review of the bibliography. At the same time, other methods of essential importance were used, such as observation, survey and interview, which allowed us to verify that the teachers of the "Eduardo Manrique" CDI need to be trained to attend to the Individual Learning Differences that they occur in the educational setting. Therefore, in correspondence to the context of the topic, the objective of the research is to propose professional Pedagogical preparation workshops for attention to Individual Learning Differences, aimed at the professionals of this Educational Facility. In this way, nine preparation workshops were created that will serve to respond to the problems raised.
