Through this research, potential competitors will be detected and that a new line of tires will enter the market viability and commercial impact. This research in turn allows us to have information about potential customers and demand, in addition to being able to know the preference for some type of brand in particular and its willingness to be able to acquire a brand other than those marketed in the market. As a conclusion of the work, the need to encourage the learning and training of the collaborators is established, adhering to the proposed guidelines and processes, which translates into providing an excellent level service, in addition to knowing, analyzing and following up on the reports and statistics of operation and performance of each vessel, as well as other vessel visit registration documents, made it possible to detect that the implementation of processes is a good option to improve service and that DP World Posorja is the clients' first choice. During the investigation, the compilation of information and audits were carried out, which allowed obtaining data from the operational register of the vessel's machinery department. This research arises from the need to implement sustainable measures for the navigable operation of tourism companies and in turn, achieve a cost-benefit relationship that allows their subsequent implementation. The research reveals the feasibility rates required to achieve the implementation of an energy efficiency plan for a passenger yacht in the Galapagos Islands. The partial or total ignorance of the shrimp sector with respect to the safety regulations regarding the theft and assault of boats during their working periods, have caused the shrimp population to be prone to criminal acts and in parallel to risky situations. The shrimp sector has presented millions in losses, the product of robberies and security services. That is why the need to define the pertinent theories regarding innovation and safety systems that contribute to base the research, collect information through empirical research to analyze the current situation of shrimp farms with respect to the safety of the companies in the shrimp sector in the Gulf of Guayaquil and develop a proposal for an advisory service company for the design of response protocols against assaults on shrimp vessels in the Gulf of Guayaquil as an entrepreneurial proposal based on innovative systems to strengthen security in companies shrimp sector.
