Resumen
The following degree work corresponds to the development of a Strategic Plan for the company José Jalil & Hijos Cía. Ltda., which is responsible for providing equipment for both research and analysis in various areas such as: Environment, Food, Geology, Materials and Industry, Forensics, Pharmaceutical, Petroleum, Electronics and Education also including within its services the installation and commissioning of this equipment, as well as customer training. So, a situational analysis is carried out, where within the internal investigation tools such as the AMOFHIT analysis have been applied, which was developed by applying a series of checklists to general management and other departments; another tool that was used was the EFI matrix, which gave results that allowed to know the strengths and weaknesses that the company was facing; on the other hand, moving towards the review of external factors, a PEST Analysis was developed, and then an EFE matrix was used, which allowed to publicize the opportunities and threats faced by the company; once these results were clearly obtained, the SWOT matrix could be carried out, which allowed us to establish strategies; subsequently, the planning of objectives and development of the mission, vision, policies and values was carried out, in order to implement strategic projects that will be carried out as result to the various action plans that were established before. Finally, the work was concluded with the proposal of conclusions and recommendations.
