Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación se centra en proponer un hostal dentro de la hacienda “Verde Olimpo” en el recinto La Abundancia del cantón Puerto Quito de la provincia de Pichincha, donde se ha desarrollado conforme a los principios metodológicos pertinentes al caso. Partiendo con una introducción que explora las razones y aspectos esenciales del proyecto de investigación, continuando con el análisis de la situación problemática, resaltando la importancia de definir, con precisión, el planteamiento del problema de investigación. El objetivo de este proyecto de investigación es aumentar la oferta de alojamiento de la zona, aprovechando de manera responsable los recursos naturales locales para generar beneficios compartidos; así mismo, se pretende generar un mejor desarrollo económico de la hacienda y por ende de la comunidad local. La estructura de este proyecto de investigación se compone de tres capítulos, en el primer capítulo se desarrolla el marco teórico, en el segundo por la selección de la metodología de investigación, y finalmente en el desarrollo detallado de la propuesta de creación.
Abstract
This degree work focuses on proposing a hostel within the “Verde Olimpo” hacienda in the La Abundancia area of the Puerto Quito canton of the province of Pichincha, where it has been developed in accordance with the methodological principles relevant to the case. Starting with an introduction that explores the reasons and essential aspects of the research project, continuing with the analysis of the problematic situation, highlighting the importance of defining, precisely, the approach to the research problem. The objective of this research project is to increase the accommodation offer in the area, responsibly taking advantage of local natural resources to generate shared benefits; Likewise, it is intended to generate better economic development of the farm and therefore of the local community. The structure of this research project is made up of three chapters, in the first chapter the theoretical framework is developed, in the second the selection of the research methodology, and finally in the detailed development of the creation proposal.
