dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de nombre “Problemáticas y circunstancias ante la movilidad humana producto del éxodo: xenofobia y aporofobia en Ecuador”, en la actualidad la migración es un fenómeno en donde las personas se trasladan de un lugar a otro, ya sea dentro de su propio país o hacia un país diferente, para vivir de forma temporal o permanente estas pueden mudarse por diferentes motivos como la búsqueda constate de mejorar su calidad de vida. No obstante, muchos migrantes atraviesan por situaciones difíciles como discriminación, rechazo e incluso son violentados, estos actos se luden a la xenofobia y la aporofobia que tienen impactos profundos y negativos en la sociedad estos fomentan la discriminación y la exclusión social, estas actitudes erosionan la cohesión social, crean divisiones y tensiones entre diferentes grupos, afectando el bienestar social y económico de los más vulnerables, lo que limita sus oportunidades de integración y desarrollo. La presencia de xenofobia y aporofobia también refleja y perpetúa desigualdades estructurales, impidiendo el progreso hacia una sociedad más justa e inclusiva lo que restringe su bienestar y crecimiento. En tal virtud este estudio se enfocó en la analizar las problemáticas y circunstancias ante la movilidad humana producto del éxodo, la primera instancia se identificó lo referente a los derechos de movilidad humana en la Constitución del Ecuador, posterior, se examinó la situación de los migrantes extranjeros en territorio ecuatoriano y finalmente se planteó una propuesta legal que aporte a mitigar la problemática de las personas en situación vulnerable de movilidad, adicional se incluye conclusiones y recomendaciones.
dc.description.abstractThe present study called "Problems and circumstances regarding human mobility as a result of the exodus: xenophobia and aporophobia in Ecuador", currently migration is a phenomenon where people move from one place to another, either within their own country or to a different country, to live temporarily or permanently, they can move for different reasons such as the constant search to improve their quality of life. However, many migrants go through difficult situations such as discrimination, rejection and even violence. These acts lead to xenophobia and aporophobia, which have profound and negative impacts on society. They encourage discrimination and social exclusion. These attitudes erode the social cohesion, creating divisions and tensions between different groups, affecting the social and economic well-being of the most vulnerable, limiting their opportunities for integration and development. The presence of xenophobia and aporophobia also reflects and perpetuates structural inequalities, impeding progress towards a more just and inclusive society, limiting its well-being and growth. As such, this study focused on analyzing the problems and circumstances regarding human mobility as a result of the exodus. In the first instance, what related to the rights of human mobility in the Constitution of Ecuador was identified. Subsequently, the situation of migrants was examined. foreigners in Ecuadorian territory and finally a legal proposal was proposed that contributes to mitigating the problems of people in vulnerable situations of mobility, additional conclusions and recommendations are included.en_US
