La migración irregular a los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica y su impacto geopolítico en el Ecuador durante el periodo post pandemia 2022-2023

Resumen
En esta investigación se examinan los diversos elementos y razones que motivan a los ciudadanos ecuatorianos a emigrar de manera ilegal hacia Estados Unidos. También se analizan y presentan los peligros que enfrentan durante el viaje y se exponen los riesgos asociados a las rutas migratorias irregulares. El enfoque utilizado en este estudio es descriptivo-exploratorio, detallando las características del proyecto de investigación y empleando una metodología cualitativa para recopilar datos descriptivos, con un estudio de enfoque constructivista que lleva en si a dar a conocer el estudio investigativo documental en la que se pudo extraer la información de cómo se instalaron los ecuatorianos en suelo de los Estados Unidos Para ello, se tomó como muestra de investigación a los migrantes irregulares ecuatorianos a través de estadística da la INEC, OIM, y El Ministerio De Exterior Del Ecuador. En la que se identificaron los factores más relevantes que llevan a los ecuatorianos a emigrar de manera ilegal y se exponen los mayores riesgos asociados a este tránsito irregular.
Abstract
This research examines the various factors and reasons that motivate Ecuadorian citizens to emigrate illegally to the United States. It also analyzes and presents the dangers they face during the journey, and exposes the risks associated with irregular migration routes. The approach used in this study is descriptive-exploratory, detailing the characteristics of the research project and employing a qualitative methodology to collect descriptive data. This study uses a constructivist approach, which leads to the presentation of a documentary research study that gleaned information on how Ecuadorians settled in the United States. To this end, irregular Ecuadorian migrants were used as a research sample through statistics from the INEC (National Institute of Statistics and Census), IOM (OIM), and the Ecuadorian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The most relevant factors that lead Ecuadorians to emigrate illegally were identified, and the greatest risks associated with this irregular transit are exposed.
