Resumen
Soccer in Ecuador is recognized by children and adolescents, this sport has been instilled at a social level to share among friends, but there are those who practice it as a discipline, access to high-performance sports training extracurricularly generally has a cost, due to the fact that it is a particular service to which not all children or adolescents have access due to economic factors. This sport encourages a healthy and recreational life, contributing to the growth of children and adolescents, for this reason the project was focused on the development of soccer, in its roots, in future youth. This sport in particular has been marked by all parents and society, choosing the sports that for parents are the most suitable for their children. The process of this research will be carried out in children and adolescents located in the area and surroundings of the training place on the General Rumiñahui Highway, being the basis of this discipline the search for talents and focus on a joint soccer development program to a scholarship program to achieve the recognition of the institution with its active participation in social networks and events that promote the promotion of the Quito Branch University Technical Football School, for which the development of a marketing plan will be carried out to reposition the football school to achieve its purposes.
