dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto de investigación basado el tema: “Diseño de un producto agroturístico en la parroquia rural de Cotogchoa, ubicado en el cantón Rumiñahui”, tiene como finalidad diversificar la oferta turística en la zona, para ello se investigó la problemática principal que es el desaprovechamiento de los recursos naturales y el desinterés de las autoridades competentes. Para poder desarrollar el trabajo investigativo se empleó el método descriptivo y exploratorio con enfoque cuantitativo, se aplicó técnicas la más importante fue la encuesta, luego de definir la población y muestra, se obtuvieron resultados de la necesidad de implementar un producto agro turístico en la comunidad. Al mismo tiempo se evaluó y se identificó en territorio los atractivos turísticos con que cuenta la comunidad de Cotogchoa, además se hizo un análisis de la oferta y demanda y como resultado de todo el trabajo se diseñó un producto denominado “Tour a la chakra agroturística de Cotogchoa” que cumple con todas las expectativas del segmento de mercado con preferencias en realizar actividades agroturísticases
dc.description.abstractThe objetive of this research project is to spread the tourist offer in the area, based on the theme: "Design an agritourism product in the rural parish of Cotogchoa, located in canton of Rumiñahui", for this the principal problem was investigated, the central problem is the waste natural resources and the disinterest for the competent authorities. To develop the research project, use the descriptive and exploratory method based with a quantitative approach, use differents techniques but the most important was the survey, after defining the population and sample, the results obtained were the need to implement an agritourism product in the community. At the same time, the tourist attractions in the community of Cotogchoa were evaluated and identified in the territory, additionally were made an analysis of supply and demand, as a result of all the work was designed a product called "Tour to the agritourism chakra of Cotogchoa" this product satisfy all the expectations of the market segment with preferences in the implementation of agritourism activities,en_US
