Resumen
El presente plan de negocios, tiene como objetivo principal la de crear una microempresa SAS, la misma que se dedica a la producción y comercialización de productos derivados de pitahaya, la materia prima es la pitahaya amarilla, la misma que será proveída desde el cantón Palora semanalmente, para lo cual se divide en tres capítulos, el primer capítulo es el análisis del macro y microambiente, donde se determina el estudio de mercado, del cual se desprende la demanda insatisfecha y además los productos derivados snacks y polvo liofilizado, el segundo capítulo es el estudio técnico donde se identifica a la parroquia Aloasí como el lugar donde se construye la planta agroindustrial, se determina el proceso de producción y además el estudio administrativo con 10 personas y el jurídico, determinando a la empresa naciente como una SAS, finalmente, se determina el análisis financiero, con cuatro indicadores, el VAN con un valor de $80.619,40,, el TIR con un porcentaje de es del 32%, el costo beneficio con 20 centavos de ganancia por cada dólar invertido y el periodo de recuperación en 2 años y 7 meses, por lo que se concluye que el proyecto de derivados de pitahaya es factible.
Abstract
